    What woman doesn’t have bingo wings and what woman doesn’t hate them. I know I hated mine. All that loose skin. No matter what I wore I felt like a puny turkey. For years I just accepted the problem. To my mind it was a natural part of the aging process and something I would just have to live with. Not so. I was wrong. Rachel’s book makes it clear that exercise can defy the aging process so I thought I’d give it a go. What did I have to lose? Well, I’ll tell you what I lost. I lost those dreaded bingo wings. Seriously, they’re gone. Long gone. And they’re never coming back. I do Rachel’s exercises every morning for thirty minutes. That’s all it takes, thirty minutes and I feel like a new woman. I’ll never have bingo wings again.

    The best thing about this book is that the exercises are really easy to follow. I always thought that to really make a difference to the way your body looks you have to spend hours in a gym every day. That’s rubbish. The key is to know what parts of your body you want to fix and do the exercises that work that area. For me, my problem was always my arms. I run so I’m not unfit but running does nothing to fix flabby arms. So I picked up Rachel’s book and within two short months I see amazing results. These exercises are simple but effective and the results? Well, like I said, they’re amazing. For any woman who dislikes her arms, I really recommend this book.
